Legacy Strength and Conditioning was founded in 2021 by Royal Marines Commandos with operational experience serving in the UK’s Special Forces Support Group. What started as a mission to better prepare military personnel for selection and deployment has grown into a performance training platform trusted by police, emergency services, and tactical professionals across the UK and beyond.
